Phlay with Colors is a garment manufacturer established in 2010. We offer a one stop solution to launch a new brand or improve your current brand. Services we offer range from sampling and bulk order production to product design as well as in house garment and tech pack design.

We are passionate about using high quality fabrics and creating long lasting garments for our clients that contributes a more sustainable global fashion industry. You can see some of the products and projects we have worked on in our gallery.

We specialized in womenswear and industry uniforms, however, we also manufacture a wide variety of garments ranging from streetwear, menswear, loungewear, resortswwear, workwear, plus-size, kidswear and personal protective equipmment (PPE) as well as offering a wide range of product branding and finishing from different print and embroidery styles to custom labels and hang tags.

We believe in building strong relationships by offering timely responses and full transparency to our clients as well as being a support channel before, during and after your orders. We take a very personable approach and aim to not only make your manufacturing process as easy as possible, but also to make it an enjoyable process. We aim to be a lot more than just a clothing manufacturer.

We offer free consultations whether this being by zoom, telephone call or a face to face meetings at your office or in our factory in Taytay, Rizal.

We cater for all sized brands from start up brands to established brands and have a minimum order quantities from just 100 pcs. per style.

Evan Javier

History

The company was established in 2010 by Evan Javier who started his career as a medical representative for a phramaceutical company in the Philippines. He then eventually ventured in selling clothes in a market in Pasig. Seeing a potential in a demand for clothings, with a very small capital, he decided to hire a seamstress who helped him make clothes that he could sell in the market. With his eagerness to succeed, he continued to improve his marketing skills and the quality of his products through listening to his customers and his resourcefulness. Despite the numerous challenges, he continued to seek opportunities and has managed to partnered with big brands in the fashion and hospitality industry. Presently, PWC's factory has had a major expansion to meet its increasing demand and its vision to become a market leader in years to come.
